Term 3 Review
The best thing about the term is The Big Day Out because we didn't do any school work for the whole day. The worst thing WAS nothing. Next term I hope we get more school work to keep us busy.
My favourite food
My favourite food is a chocolate volcano cake with chocolate source in the crack in the middle of it so it runs out through the side when you eat it.
Big Day Out
On Monday the 16 room 11,10 and 9 went on Big Day Out. Only year 5 students and some teachers went on it and the year 6 went on a ski trip. The first thing we done for the BDO (Big Day Out) was swimming at the swimming pool. We got to go on the hydroslides and swim. It was so fun. After we swam we went to the civic center to have little lunch when we first got there and then we played some games. We played, bolls, mini trampoline, table tennis, badminton, soccer, mini hockey and Xbox 360. My favourite was the badminton because I won it. After
My lemon meringue
Measuring how much butter I needed. Putting the crunched up cookies at the bottom. Poring the mixture into the container. Poring egg white on the mixture for the top of my lemon meringue. Making the top smooth. In the oven. Just out of the oven. On the plate all ready t eat.
My cub camp
O n Saturday I went on a cub camp right after my league game. It was at Kahurangi to stay there for a night. When we got there we had to pack all our stuff into our rooms and we could have free time for 30 minutes. There is this story about a man named Terrible Trever and he lives in a bush that is up a hill and he comes down to get cubs and scouts to worn other people to get out and never come back. I believe he is real because I saw a person out the window and it was NOT a leader because everyone was inside and no one was outside because the temperature outside was under -5 and everyone was cold and sitting next to the fire and when I went there NO one wanted to let me by the fire but I had some Milo and then everyone went to get some and then I was the first one at the fire place. After 20 minutes we had to get a jacket because we went out to get some sticks so we can cock some dough and put it over the fire to cock. How to get up to space
I'm going to tell you how to get up to space from a rocket.. Step 1. Go to your rocket. Step 2. Go to the front seat and make your seatbelt click and then press the button and LIFT OFF. Step 3. Once you have gone the anicphere you will recinice that the space ship will brake into 3 pieces. Step 4. Once the 3 pieces of the rocket has gone you can unclip your seatbelt and you put it on auto drive. Step 5. If you get thirsty or hungry you can go to the frig and get something to eat or drink, BUT do not let it flote away. Step 6. If you see a red button flashing auto drive is off and you need to get back to your seat and clip in to your seatbelt and drive your self back to earth ONLY if your oxigane tank is nearly emty. Step 7. When you can see the ground need to eject your seat and then your seat willcome out with you and you will need to press a green button to let your paracute out. Step 8. Watch your space craft fall and hit the ground so hard that you know why you
