The genre of this book is fanaticy and adventure because he goes to a new world and triex to figger out what is happening there. Arthur is living with his grandfather until he discovers something that his grandfather never told him. He finds a key that leads to a portal that takes Arthur into a new world. Arthor makes new friends that ask him to help them defeat the dark lord and take back their land. He tries to help them as he is trying to make it back to his own world. I would ike to rate this book a 10 out of 10 because it is a really good adventure book and if you close your eyes you can see your sefl in that world.

WALT: Show not Tell , Describe the scene “CRUNCH, CRUNCH” I was on my own in the deep dark forest with the leaves falling heavily on my head . My heart sank to the bottom of my body.  I heard a big BANG and then a black cloud came from the bush like it was a boobie trap . I ran like a lion was chasing me to see what it was. It was something big, grey and rusty with a marking that I had on my body.

WALT: Show not tell WALT: Use more descriptive language I was walking in the forest and my eyes opened wide. Something was in the trees . It started to sway side to side, back and forward over and over again . It looked so comfortable. I didn’t stop staring at it until I saw a ladder that looked like it lead up to it. I climbed up it and there were Pillows on it with thick black blankets . There was a big furry thing on it and it had its hands out like it wanted to cuddle me.

WALT: Show not Tell WALT: Describe the Scene Everyone was having a good time until the sky went black  then the sun went black. It made everybody run around like a headless chickens madly. There was something dangling off it. It was green and had things falling out of it everywhere. People started to wonder what that was and who that was?

For my book review I am going to do it on the book Gorilla Adventure. I am choosing this book because it has all my favourite things in it. Two kids are going on an adventure and they find a Gorilla and they think that there is something important about it so they decide to follow it. They get into alot of trouble when they follow it but at the end they find out something really cool.

For my 5 random acts of kindness I did... Played on the WII with an elderly, Helped tidy up at a friends house, Keeping up with a lonely person, Help set up and tidy up at Oasis, Reading to an elderly. All these things are fun to do if you don't having anything to do.

Zac Power City Files Genre is Adventure and mystery. Zac Power is a person that goes on adventures and in this book he is trying to found out who and where some hackers are and put a stop to them. He has to fight a robot dinosaur that a guy created and find the hackers. Do you think that he can do it? I chose The Karate Kid for my book character because I have always been a fan of karate and books on it. I used to do it and found out it was harder that I thought. The Karate Kid shows passion and bravery and talent to do all those moves. He never backs out because he tries to challenge him self to do anything he wants to do. And that is why I chose The Karate Kid as my book character.

For Take the cake I nominated Malachi because when I am walking with know one to play with he would just come to me and ask if I would like to play in on of his games. He has always looked if I was lonely to ask. He is a good friend to have. That is not what the nomination said exactly but it is close.
