My league game

On Saturday the 18 of May I had my second game of the year. We had to go there at 11:30 a.m. and when we got there it was empty and we were the first people there. After awhile the lady with the key arrived and then everyone started to come. About 6 minutes later Riley ( our coach )shod up and we started to practice our passing and then most of the people came and started to run with us around the goalpost and back twice. Then our manager Miss Colder ( Harrison's mum) showed up and we could get dressed into our league cloths on. It was nearly time to go on the field and play and then Riley said that if we don't speck appropriate to the team we will be out of the game and we will not play the rest of the game.It was Marist vs Suburbs. Suburbs were kicking off to us and Ben got the ball and ran as fast as his legs could. He past the ball to Jo Jo and then Jo Jo got tackled. I went to dummy half and passed the ball to Harrison and he gave it to Alvin-lee and he ran so fast that no one could catch up to him but then he got tackled. We were near the try line and I took a run and got the try. I went to go and kick it over but I mist it. They kick to us again and Ben ran with the ball and he got a try. He kicked it over and got it. They kicked to us and I got the ball and passed it to Alvin and he got it to the try line but didn't get the try but instead I got my 2nd try. It made me feel happy.

 That is all I can remember of the game. I'll be doing more posts of my other games I have.

One fine and hot day I was going to eat lunch and then mow the lawn. But then I went all lethargic and fell on the ground. My mom was trying to talk to me but I was not responding to her. My mom went to the phone and rang the doctors and they said to go to the hospital. So she rang the hospital and they came over to our house. They finger pricked me and tried to talk to me but I still didn't respond to them. They took me to the ambulance and I got a ride in it. I felt really terrified and scared like mad when I hopped into the ambulance and my hart was beating so fast that it felt like it was going to blow up. It was not long until we got to the hospital. They put me on a wheelchair and took me to a bed and the doctors gave me a headache tablet and I went to sleep for 4 hours and then I woke up and they gave me some food to eat. I am making a dest review so that I am able to check my work to make sure that it is up to date. Sewell Peak

Sewell Peak was a metaphoric introduction for all the year 10’s into NCEA for next year. It is saying that going through level 1,2,3 will be challenging but once you make it to the end it will all be worth it, all the pain, sweat and tears that were shed were all for a good reason. Once we started the walk we all knew what we were heading into, a steep hill with a good view at the top and we all knew that we were going to struggle going up. But I found that if you don’t focus on the pain and just look at the nature around you, you will enjoy the walk and find it more of a brisk walk than a challenging hike. At the bottom of the walk we found that the trees were really diverse and were going to different heights but as we got higher the trees started to deplete and become more shorter and than becoming shrubs and bushes.
